AMADEUS:
This is my favorite design, and quite different from the interpretive
path followed by others!
ON
THE VERGE: This is a wonderful contrast to Amadeus above. This
design is both simple and dynamic.
HAMLET:
This unusual production was mounted with under $1500 - but with a lot
of work and love!
All-Time
Good-Time Knickerbocker Follies: Cast of thousands here. Many
stars both on stage and off. My biggest show ever.
The
Laramie Project: Tough to re-interpret what was done perfectly the
first time nearby. See how I did it, and with no money.
A
Tale of Cinderella: Lavish new musical but disciplined in its
scenic choices. Set in Venice!
Medea:
It's so much fun to throw away the restrictions of realism and
linearity in design!
The
Adding Machine: Capturing the expressive feel of the original but
maintaining a link as well to the "now".
The
Scarlet Pimpernel: All based on paintings and designs of the era.
Great painting work!
